Location was within a 2-3 minute drive to beach access. We were able to get great sunset pictures over the lake across the street. There were 4 of us and there was enough furniture, however some was uncomfortable, including the beds. There were some things that needed fixed, but the owner was quick to respond. One thing I can say, is they listen to the reviews left in the guest experience book. Overall it was a good experience.

Place was clean and as advertised. There is a rental above which was not listed in original listing. No issues with neighbors above us though. No little house and was just what we were looking for.

Great place to stay! Everything was nice. Beds are very hard but if you like a very firm bed, you’ll love them!

Second time staying with Sunset. Property always clean, and excellent communication with host. My favorite part is the taxi service after our girls night. The gentleman are so nice, and very quick to respond.
