Great location and lots of incidental amenities. Quick response to a maintenance issue. Lots of spider webs and spiders inside and outside deck area. Walking distance to stripParking for 3 cars.

The most positive aspect of this home was the beautiful waterfront views and sunsets that were enjoyed from the enclosed and outdoor porches of the home. There was no King bed as advertised. There was inadequate seating in the living room, 1–3-seater couch and 1 chair, when we had 7 people and a baby in our group needing a place to hang out together, Consider a sectional sofa in the future. It was the same with the fire pit with only 2 chairs, and it was hard carrying more chairs down the steep hill, which was not well lit at night. You need to change your description of Private Beach, as there was no sand, actually rocks and a barrier wall, but yes it was lakefront. We had to transport 3 kids including a baby to local beaches which was a more difficult task. The kitchen was nice with all of the necessities available. We were disappointed with only 1 TV when the description made it sound like 2 tv's. We felt the home was overpriced for what we received. We have stayed in beach rental homes for 20 years that were more spacious with newer furnishings. We enjoyed our time in GOTL very much but would look for a different rental next time.

- There was a King bed and a Queen bed advertised, but there were only 2 Queen beds, and one was broken.- The entire place could use a thorough deep clean. The vents (especially in the shower) are really clogged. We found dog food underneath the living room table, and we didn't bring a dog nor dog food, so it wasn't from us. There was an empty water bottle shoved behind the non-broken bed as well. And the porch could use a good hose down.- "Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!" There was no picnic table, and we shared access to the fire pit and Adirondack chairs with the front unit. I didn't realize there were 'front' and 'rear' units in the posting.- Parking was a bit confusing as we had to negotiate our cars around the front unit's cars as well. Luckily, we were able to work out and say the right side is one and the left side is the other's, but I could imagine having less nice neighbors could have made that more difficult.
